So you may have noticed I LOVE the colour ORANGE!!
Well I thought i’d do a little post about why I decided to incorporate my favourite colour into my business branding. I started off by changing my logo colours which I loved but the website didn’t sit right with me.
Since earlier in the year I put an advert out on facebook for Models and offered a reduced rate if I could use their images on my website and social media…..I am so thankful to each and everyone of you that came and helped me revamp the site.
Our styles change so much as artists over the years and I think it’s very important to give your branding an overhaul sometimes too.
After adding all the new images to the website I then concentrated on my packaging. As you can see below it’s soooo pretty and fresh. I wanted that bright fresh feeling becuase that’s the way I feel, Happy, Fresh…. and sometimes a little fruity…jokes
But you want to know the reason behind the choice of colour right?

I am a very visual person and and a sensitive soul. Colours, weather, people, my surroundings all affect my personaity and my mood.
As a family and since Lockdown we have changed our whole outlook on life and it has done us the world of good. We don’t like busy places, we love peace, we love outdoors, we love being just us.
For a long time I wore black or grey…I still do now sometimes as it can be smart but when we are on our adventures I started wearing orange. It makes me feel happy and brightens up my face…maaan it even gives me a tan in photos……yep i’m not that brown haha
Even my Paddle Board has orange on it
Whenever we pop into clothing shops I get excited to see orange items….or Khaki green, it’s also a favourite and I may even tie that in at some point but one step at a time…..This girl has a lot on haha
I also bought a Orange waterproof coat to brighten up those grey rainy days and it also brightens up my photos….Winner Winner!!
So my point to this Blog is if something makes you happy, go with it and if you can do it or use it throughout your life then do it.
This colour reminds me of what we live for…Our Adventures so incorporating it into work has brightened up my branding and reminds me that an Adventure is only a weekend away
